Board of Directors

The Board consisting of a seven member Directors is elected councilors of the three Local Level Government of the shareholders. Their term is five years and ending at the time of Council elections.

6. Simon Paul                  Councilor                 Nebilyer Council.

7. Joseph Tip Rop            Councilor                  Anglimp Council.

Wai Rapa

Mr. Rapa is the Chairman. He owns and runs a Security firm for over twelve years. He is also the Deputy Governor of Western Highlands and Mt. Hagen Council President. His experience and influence in the Local Community and the Provincial Government is valuable to the company.

James Kond

Mr. Kond is the Deputy Chairman and Owner/Director of Yama Village Supplies, a successful agricultural firm which he founded and runs for many years. His experience in business is also valuable to the company.

Others

The rest are councilors and respected figures in the Community. The even representation in the Company does give that edge over other companies when it comes to conflict between the company and local people.
